Peacock Designs provides comprehensive creative event decoration services including wedding decor, reception styling, engagement setups, party decor, floral installations, exhibition decor, corporate event styling, stage backdrops, thematic decor concepts, ambient lighting arrangements, customized props, and venue enhancement solutions tailored to client requirements. The scope of services varies depending on event size, venue regulations, logistical feasibility, design complexity, seasonal material availability, and client preferences. All services are delivered strictly for lawful purposes and in compliance with local regulations, safety protocols, fire standards, structural limitations, and venue guidelines. We reserve the right to implement reasonable substitutions or technical adjustments to materials, flowers, fabrics, lighting elements, or structural components if required due to availability, safety considerations, environmental factors, or supplier constraints, while preserving the agreed overall design theme and aesthetic vision.
All bookings must be initiated through our official communication channels and are subject to written confirmation from Peacock Designs. A booking is considered valid and secured only upon receipt of the agreed advance payment along with formal written acknowledgment from our team. Dates are allocated on a first-confirmed basis and cannot be held without payment confirmation. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete event details including event date, venue name and location, schedule, theme preferences, guest count, access timings, and special requirements. Any misinformation, incomplete disclosure, or last-minute modifications may affect pricing, design execution, logistics planning, or service availability. Peacock Designs shall not be responsible for issues arising from inaccurate or delayed information provided by the client.
Concept proposals, digital mockups, sketches, mood boards, floral samples, and design references may be shared for client review and approval prior to execution. Once written approval is provided, the design is considered finalized. Significant modifications requested after approval may incur additional charges depending on procurement status, labor adjustments, re-production requirements, or timeline impact. Due to the handcrafted and seasonal nature of decor elements, minor variations in floral arrangements, fabric textures, color shades, lighting intensity, and decorative detailing may occur. Such variations are considered industry-standard and shall not be treated as defects or service deficiencies. We strive to maintain visual consistency and aesthetic alignment with the approved concept at all times.
A structured payment schedule will be clearly outlined in the official quotation or agreement shared with the client. An advance payment is required to secure the event date, initiate procurement of materials, block vendor resources, and begin planning activities. The remaining balance must be cleared within the agreed timeframe prior to event execution unless otherwise specified in writing. Failure to comply with payment timelines may result in service suspension, withholding of setup, delayed execution, or cancellation without liability. Additional services, upgrades, on-site changes, extended hours, or last-minute requests beyond the original agreement will be charged separately and must be approved by the client. All payments made are subject to the agreed pricing terms and applicable taxes.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through official communication channels. Refund eligibility, if applicable, depends on the stage of preparation, vendor commitments, customized production work, labor allocation, and materials already purchased or fabricated specifically for the event. In the event of postponement, Peacock Designs will make reasonable efforts to accommodate revised dates subject to availability of our team and vendors. Revised pricing may apply depending on seasonality, inflation, material cost fluctuations, or logistical changes. Certain non-refundable expenses may still apply where commitments have already been made on behalf of the client.
Peacock Designs shall not be held liable for delays, interruptions, reduced service scope, or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such circumstances include but are not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, governmental regulations, public restrictions, civil disturbances, power outages, transportation failures, labor strikes, supplier disruptions, pandemics, or venue-imposed limitations. In such situations, we will make reasonable and good-faith efforts to offer alternative solutions, revised timelines, partial setups, rescheduling options, or modified design plans where feasible. However, we cannot guarantee full performance where external factors significantly impact operational capabilities.
Clients are responsible for ensuring venue access permissions, entry passes, loading/unloading clearance, adequate electrical supply, structural approvals, and compliance with venue policies. Timely approvals, coordination with venue management, and transparent communication are essential to achieving the desired event outcome. Any delays caused by restricted access, incomplete information, last-minute instructions, third-party vendor interference, or venue policy violations may affect setup timelines and overall presentation. Once decor setup is completed and handed over at the venue, responsibility for safeguarding installations from damage, tampering, misuse, or accidental interference transfers to the client and venue authorities.
All creative concepts, design strategies, layout compositions, floral patterns, structural installations, stage concepts, artistic elements, digital presentations, sketches, mockups, and thematic decor ideas developed by Peacock Designs remain our exclusive intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted limited usage rights for personal event purposes only. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, commercial usage, resale, replication by third parties, or adaptation of our creative concepts without prior written consent is strictly prohibited. Preliminary concepts, draft proposals, and unused ideas shared during consultation remain our property even if the project does not proceed. With client consent, photographs or videos of completed events may be used for portfolio display, marketing materials, advertising campaigns, website content, and social media promotions.
Peacock Designs exercises reasonable care, professional expertise, and industry-standard practices in delivering all services. However, our total liability, if legally established, shall be limited strictly to the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, emotional, reputational, or financial damages arising from subjective dissatisfaction, unforeseen venue restrictions, third-party vendor failures, guest behavior, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our operational control. Decorative materials are temporary installations and natural wear or minor displacement during the event shall not constitute negligence.
In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first seek resolution through amicable discussion, written communication, and good-faith negotiation. Formal legal proceedings should only be initiated if reasonable resolution attempts fail. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Peacock Designs operates. Any legal proceedings shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that region. Continued engagement with our services constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these governing provisions.
